HALLOWEEN TIN CAN

Here's another quick and easy project for Halloween. I found the tin can at Michael's for $2.99. Change the paper / stamps to fit any occasion. The witches hat is a reese's peanut butter cup sitting on top of a scallop circle (punch). The hat is made from a 1/2 circle wrapped around the reese's cup.
